New Webmail Interface
We've recently upgraded our Webmail system!
For those customers who access their wbcable.net email online through Webmail, you will notice the following changes:
- New design & layout
- New navigation
- New address book system
Note: Contacts saved within the previous Webmail system (before 2/18/08) are now available for import into the new Webmail interface.

For customers who access their wbcable.net through email software or POP download (such as Outlook, Eudora, MacMail, etc.):
You will continue to receive your emails in the same way you do now - no action on your part is required.
If you do access your wbcable.net through Webmail on occasion, you will continue to access your Webmail at webmail.wbcable.net and your login information will remain the same.
For customers who access their wbcable.net email through Webmail on our website exclusively:
You will continue to access your Webmail at webmail.wbcable.net and your login information will remain the same.
If you have contacts stored only within Webmail, you may need to import them into the new Webmail interface. .
For customers who host their personal website with us:
We will be transferring your website files in coordination with this Webmail change — no action is required on your part.
If you use FTP to upload files to your personal web space, your settings will remain the same.
You will also be able to upload files to your personal web space using the new Webmail interface. (Select "Web Site" button at the top of the page in the new interface.)
