In the coming months, you can look forward to significant improvements to your cable and internet service.  We will be adding additional HD channels, rolling out TV On Demand service, and increasing our internet speeds and package options within the next year.  Once the network upgrade is complete, Wave Broadband will launch a reliable and high-quality home phone service with unlimited calling plans to Oregon customers as well.

For internet customers with a Charter email address, now that your internet service has moved from Charter to Wave Broadband, it is time to set up your new Wave email address and make the transition complete. The process will only take a few minutes and the steps are as easy as 1-2-3!
