Address Book
Note: Contacts saved within the previous Webmail system (before 2/18/08) are now available for import into the new Webmail interface.
Create a New Contact
To set up an address book, click on the "Compose" in the top toolbar within Webmail, then select "New Contact" on the Compose Sub-Menu.

The "New Contact" screen will display as below.

Save changes
Save changes and create a New Contact
Reset all fields on the form
View Your Contacts
Once you have created your first contact, a new folder will appear under the "Folders List" called "Contacts". To change, delete or add a new contact, click on this folder which will bring you to the Contacts page as shown below.

These actions buttons will affect selected/checked contacts:
Delete contact
Add new contact
Add contact group
Search
Options
2.Contact List
Click on the contact name to display a page with all of the information you have stored for that contact.
Address an email to someone in your address book
- Start off by composing a new message.
- Click the
icon on the right side of the "Message Toolbar".
- Your "Address Book" will now display within the Compose page.

Note: If your contacts do not display, you will need to click the dropdown menu labeled "Displaying" and choose your Contacts/Address Book, then click the
icon to change to the correct address book. (You can change your default address book in the webmail options).
- Click on the contact(s) you want to address your email to and click "To". The contact information will move to the "To" line on your email below.
- Fill in the subject and message body then click on the
icon to send your email.
